HEALING SOUNDS
As always, I am seeking new ways to
assist in one's personal healing on all levels. I have always incorporated the use of Reiki energies and crystals into my
healing sessions and recently began to incorporate more use of sound vibration to enhance, deepen, and support the healing
energies. Last month, I began to record the crystal bowls as I play them, and have since been using the CD's in my healing
sessions. My clients have reported a deeper sense of peace and relaxation and have gone deeper into the relaxation mode during
their sessions. This and the added vibration of the crystal and Tibetan bowls clears, refills, and aligns the energy centers.
I have also noticed that deeper congestions or "blocks" have been transmuted with the addition of the sound healings.
It has also assisted those who have difficulty meditating and quieting the mind into the state of no mind....The first
CD, entitled, "Soul Rhapsody" , and the second entitled Moon Dreamz are both available at the shop.
In Morning Mantra, we have created a ritual or ceremony of spirit through the use of sound healing via the voice.
This takes place on the third Sunday of every month and is open to all, whether or not, you've had experience in chanting.
Chanting and the use of sacred language has an effect on the energy bodies on all levels. One will experience transformation
in one's vibration, raising it higher, and creating change in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

All of these events are offered
on Sundays and various days during the week for a Love Offering.
What are they and what purpose do they serve?
All
of these will bring about spiritual evolution, healing, advancement on all levels.
In mantra, we use the vibration of
sound and ancient words which open the channels and lead toward enlightenment and awareness!
Three mantras are worked
with and a brief meditation after each is included in our time together.
Crystal Bowl meditation works with the sounds,
tones, and pitches of both crystal and Tibetan metal bowls to work through congestion in the chakra centers, clear, and energize
them. One merely sits with the eyes closed and allow the sounds to heal and energize!
Healing Circles are geared toward
those in need of healing and those who wish to heal. Everyone who comes has a turn on the table to be worked on by our group
of powerful and Loving Healers.
Rituals are events that occur ever New and Full Moon, as well as the Sabbats, Equinoxes,
and other Earth/Seasonal Changes. Being in tune with the planetary changes and the cycles of the Earth Mother, one opens up
the Spirit and begins to live from the place of the Heart!
